Back in 1987 or 1988, the local Gris Gris magazine asked me to identify 10 of my favorite buildings and 1 of the worst.
For the worst building, I nominated LSU Middleton’s Library. In the article, I detailed my reasons for not loving the library. As someone trained in urban design, building placement is always on my radar, and the building and its placement caused me physical pain.
